Muchos piensan que las islas solo tienen diversiones acuáticas, sin embargo, Jamaica rompe con esos paradigmas o viejos mitos turísticos, las montañas de esta isla juegan un papel muy interesante para quienes no le gusta estar mucho tiempo en el agua sino que buscan experimentar deportes extremos.

En Jamaica, se puede disfrutar del ciclismo gracias a las pendientes que forman las grandes Montañas Azules, Murphy Hill ha sido uno de los puntos de partidas favoritos por los competidores, desde allí se puede gran parte de la región de Ocho Ríos, el recorrido continúa por la zona de Rio Dunn y sus famosas cascadas, Aquí las piernas ya estarán temblando pero el camino sigue por el pico Blue Mountain conocido como el pico más alto de la isla, todos los aficionados deben tener una condición física aceptable para permitirle practicar en el duro recorrido que termina en las playas de Bull Bay.
