Eat after you each workout

To help your muscles reheal and to change their glycogen stores, eat a food that consists of both carbohydrates and protein within the first two hours of your workout session if possible. Good post-exercise food choices include:

Yogurt and fruit
Peanut butter sandwich
Turkey on whole-grain bread with vegetables.
