Arteta or Heart Attack, which one is Arsenal gonna enjoy the most?

In recent times, Arsenal has been reduced to mockery from different fans of different clubs. Right before this Arsenal were mostly badmouthed by fans of direct rivals, that is, the rest of the now defunct (or close to) top four specialist like Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea.
But with recent performances ranging from the end of the Arsene wenger's era to Unai emery's short tenure. And then to the Interim period of Freddie Ljunberg, results has been so bad that you'll be forgiven to think Arsenal is a team fighting for Relegation survival. Defeats here, draw there, unimpressive wins, predictable and surreal performance from Arsenal world stars.
This rare Arsenal form all started from Wenger's last couple of games in charge, and it has sadly continued.
Arsenal's extremely loyal fanbase still doesn't seem to ask for too much from the Arsenal management. They are not asking for slick passes they've known Arsenal for, and right now they are not asking for an automatic champions league or premier league win all of a sudden. They request for a Coach who knowns his onion and will steady this unstable Arsenal ship, a calm personality who will adequately relate and inspire the dressing room, someone who will play an attack minded and defence solidified game. They want a Coach who will fully utilise the Captivating and terrific forward players arsenal currently possesses. Name checking those great attacking players, we have Pierre Aubameyang, Lacazette, Nicolas Pepe, Gabriel Martinelli, Bukayo Saka, Mesut Ozil.
There have been names suggested for the Arsenal top job (Ljunberg has not proved himself capable to coach the team) and they are Mauricio Pochettino, Massimilliano Allegri, and the Arsenal legend Mikel Arteta. Currently Mikel Arteta seems to be the most likely individual for the Coaching job at the Gunners.
But can He do a good at the unstable Arsenal team. The writer is not too sure of that. Arteta is the Assistant coach of Manchester City. He's ably assisting the great and incredible tactician Pep Guardiola. Pep had one time or the other name checked Arteta as a capable deputy who always offers something quite great to the team and helps him with the smooth handling of the team. And Arteta has been speaking to the press, commenting on how well he is gelling with the team. And also he confirmed the great interpersonal relationships he has with the Man city players.
But are all this details/ qualities really enough to guarantee a good experience from Arteta. Arteta does not necessarily have the needed massive experience to coach an Arsenal team that needs serious help right now. In my opinion they need an older and more experienced manager who perhaps has witnessed a quite bad dressing room, coped well, and probably transformed them to a more fighting and great team.
Right now, there is no way being an assistant can level up to the position of a manager itself. Is it the pressure, patience, aggressiveness, passion, tenacity of a top level coach that we can say Arteta has. The major thing is that we do not really know what capability the Man City team really have now. Despite being Man City no 2 man, and the obvious success Man city have had. This all doesn't translate to immediate success by Arteta. But with all this, Arteta's qualities should really not be undermined. As we never can tell, he might have had lessons, learnings and experiences from Guardiola. So will that be enough to save Arsenal blushes, restore them and help them challenge the other great teams in the premier league. I am not really sure what to expect, but for the sake of loyal Arsenal fans, I really hope it works out well.
