My Sunday Actifit Report Card plus Another Voucher/Gift Certificate Day

Heyyy I reached 6k+ activity count! Cool! How did that happen? Of course I walked around a lot again.

Yeah that number isn't so high but it seems it's my norm. 🤔🤔🤔 I dunno... Too bad I wasn't able to use the app when I walked around Pasig/Capitol Commons. All I did was walk walk walk that day. Tsk tsk.

Anyway, yesterday I went to the mall for the other meetup for the custom temp tatts order I did. I was kinda running late but I know I could make it in time because it was Sunday. There's no traffic on Sundays... Come on... But then again... Guess what happened?

I was an hour late because of unexpected traffic. What the heck happened to cause it? I don't know. (Quick check on Twitter says it's UAAP's fault. University basketball tournaments ftw! 😆)

Then I thought I should have taken the train but apparently LRT2 operation is still from Cubao to Recto vv only (after the fire incident happened last month). No choice but to sit in traffic. 🤦

Anyway, look what I saw. I've never seen this before. Haven't been going to Cubao very much so I was surprised to see it.

It's only now that I'm thinking what it might be. It's either:

1 . A biking "road" of some sort. Because I saw a trending post in Facebook abt a proposal like it. Would be nice if it really happens and extends from end to end of all the train stations eh?

Would be real happy if it happened. 😯


2 . An added amenity/service by Manhattan Garden City _{(a Cubao condominium complex I can also help you purchase a unit from if interested 😁)} to their residents. 🤔

Well it's possibly an exclusive walkway going to the train station. 🤷 I mean if you look at the pic, on the right side there's some similar railing/structure going to the right, so who knows.

Once I got to the mall, found her and gave her her order, chatted for a bit then left to eat. And since Burger King has a survey thing going on, each receipt has a code for you to use and provide feedback. You'll get free fries on your next order if you submit and answer online.

I still had a receipt from September so I thought I should use it yesterday. Hehe. It's good for 60 days so I could still use it. 😄 Voila! Bought a burger with free fries! 😁😁😁

Next stop, I decided I should order some drinks. I didn't have any glass or anything to use to drink so why not use my free Starbucks gift certificate? 😄 Where'd I get it? Well I signed up to an online bank acct at the mall I went to the other day. I didn't mention it, I mean I forgot to mention it. 😂 Hey at least now you know.

And what better way to drink something other than water than something you normally don't buy and can drink for free? So Starbucks it is! Bought me some iced Hibiscus tea with Pomegranate "pearls". Hmmm, maybe it's Gumamela tea and we aren't any wiser? 🤔😂 (Gumamela/ Hibiscus is used to make bubbles here in the Philippines. Kids usually crush and use it to play with bubbles.)

To be fair, I enjoyed the "pearled" Pomegranate juice more than the tea. 😄 The cashier also gave me a sticker pad for a planner/travel organizer. Uhm yeah I don't really need it and am not a planner fan but okay, I accepted it when he said it's free anyway. 😑

So while I drank my tea in a packed coffee shop, I browsed the web and social media. For some reason I'm not working at all. 😂 Methinks I am burned out. Or something. Haha. I want a month long vacation outside the country! 😂

Ehermmm before we talk about anything else, let me continue sharing what I did yesterday. After I drank my tea, finally decided to pay for the meal subscription. You know, since I can't cook much from all the work I do, I'd rather have some cooked viand delivered at home. On top of that they have a Free Shipping promo for one month so it's a good deal! Keto food delivered plus free shipping, sounds good eh? 😄 Too bad it's only possible in my dreams now.

Cut off of payment time was 6pm. I got to the other mall with the open bank past 6pm. And when I asked them if it's still fine to pay after the deadline, they did not respond immediately. After a few minutes, the bank teller said they're closed. 😱 Alas, I only got to pay someone else and wasn't able to send my payment for the meal subscription. Paying online has a fee I'd rather not pay for. And I'm not going out the next day so nope, no payment no meal subscription. Oh well.

What else was there to do next but to go to the last mass of the day then go home... That's it, that's all I did yesterday to get the 6k activity count. 😄
