My Actifit Report Card: July 19 2019

I changed my name to "My knee hurts" in the actifit discord group. I thought it was funny, but I don't think many appreciate the humor in it.

My right knee has been taking a beating from a young age. Ever since I got serious with football and got kicked in the knee by the best striker we knew. Years of dancing and flipping just made it worse since my right knee used to take most of the impact.

I don't think I'm not very old yet. Actually I am pretty young. But I feel old.my knee tortures me very often and it's not a very good feeling, mentally.

I always had the chance to take the appropriate tests to see my knees situation but I always ignored it for my own mental sake. A thing we learnt in Mrs school that was a big no no.

When I moved to Ukraine I became a literal foot soldier. It trained me for what life has ahead for me, long hours on feet. I could walk for days and days and was always happy with it.i think it took a toll on my knee. Either ways I might get a test done soon and take the appropriate treatment.
