Day 1038 | Wednesday Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

The weather is really nice these days and I did go on another walk yesterday and am thinking of making a habit of this in the month of march as a way to start getting in shape again and finally lose that weight. 5 walks a week of each at least 1.5 hours while listening to some podcasts is something I should be able to make some time for and it would be highly beneficial if I can also make sure I always have healthy food available. 4 more days in February whas I consider as another failed month in terms of achieving health goals.

Walking is very good and easy exercise...
How yiu calculated the day score?
Most of time you go to bed at midnigh, thisbis also the case with me also.

the daily score is just based on how I feel, if anything it's there to show myself the confirmation that I'm generally more happy when I eat healthy, work out, sleep well and spent time with my family. There is still quite a gap between knowing it and doing it consistently though :-)
