Day 1142 | 24H Water Fast & 10k+ Steps

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I'm back to doing some water fasting as I still aim to get back down below 64kg and reached around 24 hour with a good Sunday where I also went out for another 2-hour walk. I'm also back below 68kg and ain to continue to be on pace to drop a bit of weight week-by-week. My approach is more outcome dependant instead of results oriented but I aim to change this again having a healthier diet instead of going wild a couple days followed by some fasting days.
