Day 1143 | Getting Things Done & 2-Hour Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

It was a good monday where I managed to get quite some things done including big cleaning getting wrid of all the garvage cardboard I has piled up for a while. I also continued my fast and broke it just a moment ago eating some frozen Mango and Blueberries as I didn't like the part where I got a bit dizzy when suddenly standing up. The 2-Day fast did make me reach a new low for my weight-loss goals. I also went on a regular 2-Hour walk in the early evening and went to bed quite early.
