Day 490 | Day 481-490 Overview

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

The past 10 days have by far been the least active. I only joined 1 hot yoga class and did 1 morning run and that's it. I still lost some weight despite having somewhat of a fallback during a couple days. I can say that I survived the extreme heat wave and can move on again with my normal routine starting with a good morinig run after I made this post.

The overall daily score I keep on how I'm feeling was quite wide ranging from a 5 to a 9. The days when I was more occupied with dating were mostly disappointing, while the last couple of day where I went more into solitude focussing on handicapping the start of the Belgian League felt great and I'm absolutely loving it. I guess I have to find a way to make dating enjoyable or just keep things as they are being happy with what I do taking the risk of falling into a black hole one day when I'm older. The way I look at it, financial freedom is what could solve this dilemma and I'm going to put more focus on reaching that again.

My sleep quality help up pretty good despite the hot conditions. If anything, I really learned that eating late at night really makes or breaks my night sleep and I will take that into account much more from now on.


Steemmonsters
I also bought a starter pack for the steemmonsters game and have enjoyed playing it. I don't have any ambitions to reach to top leagues but will just aim to stay around the silver league while completing the daily objectives growing my card collection along the way. The dec I earn will be fully used to give my daily posts here an extra upvote as it is the way to go right now if you want to succeed on this platform.

The last 10 days of this 100 day cycle I will have most of my focus on reaching the 62kg-63kg goal, coming from about 70 kg 100 days ago this would mean a solid 7kg weightloss and quite the success there. I will also get back into my regular work out routine and continue to focus on betting and money in general.
