Day 506 | Yoga & Progress Tracking

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

Monday was a good day until the end of the evening where I was actually hungry and could not resist getting myself some potato chips. Having eaten less clean the last couple week, it's fairly noticable on my skin again. It's so stupid to go over the same cycle over and over again and I still have to learn how to indefinitely break that pattern. I did join a hot yoga class thoug and was determined to turn things around full force again (this usually takes about 10 days). The old argument of 'ok, I'll start tomorrow' won yet again and I hate being my money brain being in control. It's really the eternal battle I want my more aware part tto win.


I'm keeping track of my weight again along with the days that I'm on intermittent fasting (not eating for 14 hours+). Ever since I stopped doing this in August things have gone south again. The goal is still to go down to 60kg-62kg which I see as my optimal weight given my current muscle mass (I'm 1.72m)

What App are you using to track steem price right now?

I'm using @coingecko website and app so check the market rate of steem and other coins and I like them very much!

Plus they are on Steem! Highly recommend you follow them for cryptonews and also support such a big company joining the steem space!
