Day 633 | Lunchbreak Yoga & Kitchen Time

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

It was a good Friday as I joined my 3rd hot yoga class of the week just as planned and spend some time in my kitchen in the evening to prepare a lot of soup packed with vegetables to eat during the weekend. This should push my weight down as it's basically 95% water in the form of vegetables. I do feel I'm getting back to that good mindset to make progression thanks to the yoga I attended.

I intend to restart my regular saturday reps routine with at least 100 Pull-ups.

If anything, I'm getting plenty of sleep these days and maybe a bit too much even with an average around 9 hours these days. I will try to cut it back to around 8 hours waking up a bit sooner and not staying in bed as long. During times it's colder outside it's really tempting to extend my bed time as I'm able to pretty much sleep as long as I want each day.
