Day 659 | Wednesday Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I'm still not fully into it and I think the fact that I have a lot of unfinished business with things I need to get done work and life wise has a lot to do with it. I will make a list today just completing everything one by one and making sure not too much is added to the pile.

I skipped on my hot yoga class but did take a walk to get in at least a good amount of steps for the day. Aside from that I've mostly played the procrastination game.On Thursday I will be playing 2 hours of tennis and I will be joining my 2nd yoga class of the week on friday.
