I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...
I got in 2 solid hours of tennis yesterday and managed to practice my backhand for the first time since ever. I used to have a 2 handed backhand but a writs injury I once had prevents me from doing that (I feel it now when I do it). So I mainly switched to a backhand slice which I've gotten quite good at but never got around learning a regular backhand (one handed). The gap in quality between my forhand is so huge that it was hard to ever practice it not wanting to annoy the ones I play with with all too many bad balls. Yesterday though the 2nd hour I played with a friend 1 on 1 and we both are in the same boat so we practiced backhand to backhand really controlled and it made a huge difference already in 20 minutes. We plan to do this more often and I'm highly looking forward to it.
