Day 674 | Strongest Yoga Session Ever (10/10)
I'm not sure where this came from but the hot yoga session I joined yesterday was the strongest I have ever experienced by far. The 90 minutes usually are extremely exhausting but I had none of thet yesterday and was able to do all the positions much stronger and harder and basically had no fatigue afterward feeling completely different comared to all other times when hitting the shower. I guess I will see how it goes on friday as I could get used to this. Monday I will try to eat exactly the same what I did yesterday (oatmeal with Banana and some lentil pasta with nutritional yeast a couple hours before class.

The 10 days have been completed and they made a world of difference. Obviously I don't want to go back to what it was the weeks / months before that were I got tempted by dirty food and such too often.
