Day 691 | Going For A Walk (1/21)
It was the first day of the 3 week lockdown period and I'm off to a good start. Stayed indoors most of the day and went to take a walk outside of around 8000 steps. I will try to do this every day and mix in some running over time. I limited m food intake with an eye to lose the weight getting to 63kg and I was mildly productive. I also didn't spend any money at all and am eyeing to really live cheaply. I went to bed around 00:00 as planned and woke up around 09:00
