Day 756 | Monday Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

There were some electricity repairs in my street yesterday leaving me without for a couple of hours which was the perfect time to do the daily walk I set out to do. I was also relatively productive over the day and stuck to a plant based diet. Overall nothing spectacular by any means just moving forward with baby steps. Tuesday as always I'll be going home. With the football leagues starting again I might no longer go home on Saturday aswel. I kind of like steady routines but they need to switch every so often. With the lockdown slowly coming to an end it should be a good time to make a switch?
