Day 773 | Water Fasting Day & Late Night City Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I continue to go strong 4 days into my new 100 day challenge sticking to everything I set out to do. The first goal remains to reach a 62kg weight and I did sort of a waterfasting day (I did drink some vegan Milk). With yoga starting again soon I may be doing 1 of these max each week as it doesn't combine very well with intense activity.

The weather was fine and I ended up doing a late evening walk into the city of Ghent instead of just watching tv or sitting behind my PC.

I also managed to cut my expenses to 0€ so far after 4 days and should be able to extend this zero expense for a couple more days. On Firday I will be preparing Dried Soy beans I have had on my shelves for a long time. The original plan was to make tempeh from them but it seemed that tempeh starter powder is not that easy to find.

Expense Control: I'm still in the process of rebuilding my bankroll which means that I will be living economically and rather minimalistic, not buying anything I don't need. I will be keeping track of my daily expenses here for 100 Days
