Day 774 | Kitchen Time & Evening Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I once bought 1kg of dried soybeans with the intention to make tempeh but I never got around doing it because I couldn't find any starter poweder. My healthy eating combined with limiting my expenses had me take it off the shelves and prepare it. I soaked them overnight and cooked them for around 3 hours. Even the plain soybeans with just some salt I enjoyed eating. I prepared around 200gr (dried) and also combined some with plenty of herbs. That was basically my food on Friday. I still have 800gr left of dried soy beans and I intend to prepare those the coming week.

No rain in the evening and I was able to do another enjoyable 2-hour walk. I'll soon be ramping things up adding some runs, doing some reps and attending hot yoga classes again.

Expense Control: I'm still in the process of rebuilding my bankroll which means that I will be living economically and rather minimalistic, not buying anything I don't need. I will be keeping track of my daily expenses here for 100 Days
