Day 777 | Under 64kg 👍

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I'm back on track after 1 semi-off day and reached a body weight below 64kg again with still 1.6kg to go before I reach my goal of 62kg. Usually these off days come in bunches and is was quite hard not to backwards rationalize getting some junk food. I survived though and am pretty much back on track for my 100 (101) day challenge.

I will be going home on tuesday and will take it slow. In the evening I'll be meeting up with a friend for the first time since long and we will go for a walk. Life seems to be back to normal with a few minor precautions but I don't fully trust it yet. The switch from nothing is allowed to everything goes again really went extremely quick. The good thing is that I can go back to social distancing under my own terms now.

Expense Control: I'm still in the process of rebuilding my bankroll which means that I will be living economically and rather minimalistic, not buying anything I don't need. I will be keeping track of my daily expenses here for 100 Days
