Day 781 | Friday Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I did go on an early evening walk on Friday and I was quite productive overall especially in the evening. However, I did take up my cheat day early in this 10-day period and somehow couldn't resist going for bread. The aim now is for the next 8 days to be clean and still for me to drop below 63kg. Overall I'm feeling quite good and motivated though and I really love what I get to do day-in-day-out without being forced to work a dead-end 9-to-5 job working for a boss.

As always when not eating clean, I did struggle to fall asleep and watched the entire Splinterands Q&A in bed.

Expense Control: I'm still in the process of rebuilding my bankroll which means that I will be living economically and rather minimalistic, not buying anything I don't need. I will be keeping track of my daily expenses here for 100 Days
