Day 830 | Heat Wave

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

Another heat wave started here in Belgium so I mosty stayed indoors during the day trying to keep cool. The new football season is about to start with the cup match of last season on Saturday and most of my focus will be aimed at getting my betting action going again. I watched some more episodes of the Wonder Years and plan to have the 2nd season finished by the end of this week.

I also went out for another walk late in the evening but didn't get that far as I saw lightning in the far distance and did not want to take any risk in that regard.

Weight Control: My goal is to reach 62kg and slowly start to gain some muscle from then on out. I started this at around 65.5kg
