Good day on Fiday as I continued to eat healthy, do my daily reps. I went on an afternoon walk to the supermarket getting a lot of vegetables and fruits to hit the kitchen in the evening (I did overeat a bit though). I am close to being on track for the daily reps I plan on doing during the entire year and was also quite productive on the day.

My goal is to do a minimum amount of reps during an entire year in order to stay somewhat consistent. So far I'm both running slightly behind in my schedule and am already hurting in my arms and shoulders. I am slowly building it up though.
