So far things are going quite well and I think that it might just work to have a total number of reps for an entire year to work toward day by day getting that consistency. Yesterday I continued my healthy plant based eating and also got my reps to the point where I am about on track with my daily goal. I also watched some motivational youtube videos that helped. Especially an interview with Chris Pratt who did a major body transformation helped.

My goal is to do a minimum amount of reps during an entire year in order to stay somewhat consistent. So far I'm both running slightly behind in my schedule and am already hurting in my arms and shoulders. I am slowly building it up though.
