Day 874 | Sunday Run

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

It feels like forever since I went on a run but on Sunday I dusted off my running shoes and went for it even though I kept it quite short switching running with walking just to slowly get used to it again. I actually enjoyed it and will most likely be doing more of these runs as my overall motivation to reach my fitness goals are quite high.

The plan on Monday is to join another morning hot yoga session for the first time since long and I'm hoping to get in those again on a regular basis.

365-Day Rep Challenge

My goal is to do a minimum amount of reps during an entire year in order to stay somewhat consistent. So far I'm both running slightly behind in my schedule and am already hurting in my arms and shoulders. I am slowly building it up though.

Weekly Weigh-In

Instead of hitting the scale, I'll be weighing myself on a weekly basis. The first goal will be to hit the long-term goal of 62kg with the aim to build it back up with more muscles afterwards.
