Day 881 | 90 Days...

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

For a long time, I managed to hang in there but never found the trick to really push mysef forward. I'll be starting another attempt at it now counting 90 days where I really want to test myself. Having a set number of reps I want to do in a year certainly motivates and even though I'm quite a bit behind on schedule, I still plan on doing all of them.

I made a little calendar from which I will be scratching away the days as I go. These kinds of checklist tend to both visualize things better and give some dopamine when being able to wink down a successful day each time. The goal o,ce again is reaching 62 kg (I'm way overweight right now), eating fully clean for 90 days and not endulge time-wasting activities.

Today I'm starting this 90-Day Challenge.

365-Day Rep Challenge

My goal is to do a minimum amount of reps during an entire year in order to stay somewhat consistent. So far I'm both running slightly behind in my schedule and am already hurting in my arms and shoulders. I am slowly building it up though.

Weekly Weigh-In

Instead of hitting the scale, I'll be weighing myself on a weekly basis. The first goal will be to hit the long-term goal of 62kg with the aim to build it back up with more muscles afterwards.
