I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I have been procrastinating again and the 90-day period I started doing isn't really going as planned as I fell back into some old habits. I pretty much delayed it and will do another attempt in the last 3 months of the year. I guess so far the main thing I'm succeeding at is to keep things quite steady not going overly into bad habits. I do want to get a big streak going but will have to find a balance. I saw this youtube video last week I could relate. I guess the 'overworking' even though I never get the sense that I'm working is an issue which makes it hard to really get things going, This along with my natural all or nothing approach.
