Day 895 | Week Goals

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

There is an international break next weekend so I will have 11 days off from betting which I will be able to use to get some things straight. My weight has been an issue as of late since being really busy with stuff along with doing reps which makes me feel some pain in my muscles the day after made it extra hard to really eat clean. I actually have slowly but steadily been gaining some weight and want to reverse this again. So the next 10+ days, I will plan to have my full focus on that just eating way less while drinking plenty of water.

Weekly Weigh-In

Instead of hitting the scale, I'll be weighing myself on a weekly basis. The first goal will be to hit the long-term goal of 62kg with the aim to build it back up with more muscles afterwards.
