Day 896 | Intermittent Fasting
I am getting myself on an intermittent fasting routine not eating anything fro 16 hours+ to consume all my daily food withing the 8 hour window that is left. It's fairly easy to do and should start producting some actual results. Monday was mostly a decompression day as the busy period with a lot of matches is over now and I have a 12 day break from it. On Tuesday I will be heading home for some more family time.
