Day 916 | Week Planning

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

Every week pretty much feels exactly the same right now as there is lack og varaity because of the lockdown. I did manage to lose a little bit of weight the last 7 day but need to speed it up. I'll start by doing a fasting day on monday. I probably won't be able to eat much on tuesday as I have a dentis appointment. I'm stil stayin away from the yoga classes which just aren't safe in current conditions with the virus. Instead I'm doing Tennis on Thursday and will go on at least 2 wealks during the week. My focus aside from that will still be very much on my betting as there will be European matches in the midweek and competition in the weekend. So all-in it will be somewhat of a maintenance week keeping up with a routine that doesn't allow me to drift away in bad habits.
