Day 934 | 10-Day Turnaround

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I started yesterday doing another 10-Days where I aim to turn things around from a less healthy lifestyle where all my focus is on betting and crypto to fullt taking care of my health drinking a lot of water, taking supplements, working out while eating healthy and not too much so I'm also losing some of the weight I have put on. I have also set out to fix my sleeping pattern once again.

I stuck to eating soup yesterday while drinking enough and doing a 2-hour walk in the late afternoon to also go to bed quite early around 23:30. I plan to keep a similar pattern up for 10 days with an eye to switching my mindset having healthy as the default again
