Day 950 | Plant Based Eating
I have kept myself to plant-based food these last 3 days which certainly makes a positive difference in how I feel and especially how good I sleep. I haven't cut back on the volumes though so losing weight hasn't yet been a side-effect. I will have to keep the plant-based lifestyle up and add multiple fasting days in the mix the coming month if I want to have a chance of reaching my 62kg target. Keeping a chart on my weight each morning does motivate a lot.
It was a regual saturday with a lot of watching football and betting with the same thing planned on Sunday. I'm not so focussed on doing sports and being active right now as I know this comes along with a higher appetite making losing weight actually a lot harder.
