Day 952 | Monday Fasting
I did something of a fasting day on monday not easting anything until the afternoon and keeping my overall food intake to a minimum. I just ate some Soup, lentils with lots of herbs, some wallnuts and 2 small apple while drinking enough water during the day. My current routine of visualizing things with the chart drawing that I complete each day seems to work when it comes down to keeping my urges in check which are certainly still there at the moment. The goal for tuesday is again to make it into an intermittent fasting day only eating after 14:00 and before 20:00
