Day 953 | Soup, Lentils & 30-Minute Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

No regular family day on tuesday as there was a match I didn't want to miss around 17:00 as I am in quite a good flow betting wise. I continued to eat both healthy plant)based in a limited amount and not before 14:00 to get some intermittent fasting effect. I again stuck to some Soup, Lentils & some nuts also doing a 30-Minute walk before the start og the match. I was quite productive and ended the evening watching some tv to go to bed around 23:00-23:30
