Day 954 | Fasting, Walking & Watching Football

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

Things are working out really well right now and I managed for 7+ days to only eat health plant based and limit my food intake while drinking enough water and being quite prdoctive while going on some walks to get activity it. This already made me drop 2kg in weight of which most is likely just water as it always goes at the start. I still have a while to maintain this balanced way of going about things but I'm quite optimistic that I won't relapse. I took a long walk to the store yesterday as most of the food supplies I had are out getting a lot of vegetables to hit the kitchen and make a vegetable curry with rice to separate in portions so I have food for an entire week. (normally I eat this in 1 or 2 days.)
