Day 956 | Overeating Friday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I went home on Friday and it ended up in a day where I ate way too much even though most of it was healthy and I didn't eat until 14:00. Some cookies I eat weekly with my nieces along with some high calorie almond butter and the rice with vegetable curry was the bit too much. I only moderately saw it in my weight gain this morning and everything is still on track. I'll make sure to keep a low eating profile on Saturday and should have enough supplies to last an entire week from here on out so I will also be able to keep my expenses to an absolute minimum.
