I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....
Saturday was another good day where I took again a walk on the same route which comes down to something just over an hour. This brings in some activity while not being as time consuming as the 2 hour walks I used to make. I plan to keep this up for a while and will start adding reps once the belgian league gets underway again. I also ate health and not too much (some oatmeal, and chickpeas with lots of hebrs) while drinking a lot and taking my supplements.
