Day 989 | Afternoon Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I continue to eat clean and went on an afternoon walk on Wednesday to get back to the Belgian league match in the evening with a very busy schedule in January. Things are quite good at the moment with the crypto markets pumping which also kind of makes me a bit lazy. I'm also finally starting to lose some weight after being stuck above 68kg for a while. There is still a long way to go if I want to reach my targeted 62kg but I'm sure I'll get there eventually. Key is to keep up my healthy eating which doesn't seem to be much of a problem right now.
