Day 996 | Fasting Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I had yet another day of eating health also doing intermittent fasting sticking to smaller portions. I do slowly start to get some cravings though for potato chips but have been able to withstand it. Wednesday was a pretty standard day with one match in the evening which I did good on basically betting againt my feeling mostly based on market movements which I should start doing more often in specific cases where odds and a movement doesn't make all too much sense when looking at form and standings.
