A new prospect

Today, me and my Architect partner were invited to have look on a prospective project located along Marcos Highway (Baguio city). It's a transient house and a place to host events.

At first glance, I was astounded by the views and how it was perched nicely along the sloping terrain. I could imagine how the sunset or sunrise will light this place, I bet it's picture perfect.

The goal is to help the owners prepare the place for occupancy and to propose ideas that will improve the current design of the place.
