My Actifit Report Card: September 18 2019
Hello friends how are you all good and always good and healthy wish this blessing i am going to share some of my daily walking steps with us mamun again and surely your record today will be much better as i think this is my most of the month. I was able to record that high today and really like it.
In fact, the physical condition of each person is not always good. He can not always do the same kind of work. At one time he becomes ill and he has many problems for him. But if he is constantly walking, then his physical condition is very good. So I regularly try to do a little more walking.
And frankly, my walk is a bit much because when we wake up in the morning, when we are in India for work, we have to walk about a kilometer and go to their site just as we have to work again and when we come to eat at noon. We have to walk one kilometer and then we have to walk one kilometer. When the work is done, we have to walk. This can be seen either on the day of our 5 to 6 km for the grace of God, our physical condition is much better.
So there is no alternative to walking and walking will certainly improve the physical condition of every person
