It's a new day and I hit my 10k mark.
Last night's walk was nice, so much so that I ran a little extra! Love those random doses of unintended inspiration, that's what life is all about.
Keeping this post short, just wanted to get my @actifit & @appic s #getinshaoechallenge post up before a quick walk (I only have 40 min left today to make this post) and getting steemconnect (and maybe steem keychain) running on https://profile.blokz.io/ , as that's apparently holding people back from trying it out.
Also going to redo some of the frontend while I'm at it, I do have a full night's shift ahead of me.

I've been working at getting healthier too. Not using actifit because the app is kinda messy and the iOS hasn't been updated for a while and is missing features that's on the android app.

You got this!! I'm adding pushups to my mix, gonna do 100pushups a day 30 day challenge. Totally doable if I break it up into chunks of 10 throughout the day. ^>^

Thats good. Been going to the gym and doing cardio daily, with an actual workout every other day. I work abs in my room from time to time. I should add pushups as well to that.
