Day 519 | Week Plans (Workout / Food)


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I have 1 more busy week ahead of me before there is a 10 day international break. I have had somewhat of a fall back the last few days and will look to get back at it starting today. I clearnly haven't found a way yet to avoid any kind of swings but at leats I'm able now to keep the bad days at a minnimum.


Week Goals

I can be fairly short on my goals for this week.

  • Eat healthy
  • Hot Yoga 3x
  • Sunday Morning Run
  • Keep Daily Checklist

If I manage to do those things I will consider the week as a success.
