I'm still very much in a procrastinating stage and I'm trying to break the bad cycle. I have set a weight goal to reach around 60kg-62kg by the end of November and started this month really well to fall back in some bad habits after. I'm quite determined to reach it though and set another road map tp 63kg near the end of this month meaning I want to drop 2.2kg in 17 days which should be easily achievable.

September Reps Challenge
I intend to do 10 Chin-Ups, 10 Pull-Ups, 20 Push-Ups, 100 Seconds Plank & 2x60 seconds Side Plank each day the rest of this month and build this up in the months to come. I will be using my magnetic drawing board next to my power station to keep track of this.
I will be adding that tomorrow again...
