It's been a few days since I posted (lazy weekend, and refuse to post if I don't hit 5k).
In addition to the usual walking between the metro station and my apartment / office, I went on a long walk in the evening; plus, whenever I was waiting for the subway, I never stood still and continually paced back and forth to each end until the train arrived. 😜
I love this app and community. What a great health incentive.
