PUSHUPS DAY 43.

hard pushups day because of my back pain but the Lord Jesus Christ is good to me ,give me strength to do my pushups for God glory ,i had to go work today while i was at work in my break time i decide to try to do my pushups even with my pain but i did it ,first set 12 secpnd set 10 ,3 set 12 and 4 more sets of 10 ,not bad thank God .
