PUSHUPS DAY 44.

Very good day for my pushups because i am off work ,i have more time to relax myself before doing my pushups ,but i still can't do tomuch pushups because ,i feel some pain in my left arms ,i do like 5 sets of 10 pushups and 2 sets of 12 pushups make the total 72 even i am in pain ,praise God for everything in Jesus Christ name. Always pray no matter your life circonstances.
