Hi to my fans pushups ! but not a bad pushups day even wuth my pain , i start my pushups early in the morning and finish in the nihgt my first set 12 second sets 15 and 3 set 15 pushups the last set 15 to be done , i feel like doing more but with my pain i can't but that's it for today.20191104_182429_HDR.jpg
