My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2020

Hi

Today it started as a routine day but it was a nice event. I got up at my usual time in the morning. I walked outside for 1 hour after breakfast.

Then I started housework. After finishing housework, I rested a bit. Just then, a friend called. He wanted to register at the sports center. He wanted to try it with me for 1 day. We went to the sports center together. We did sports for 1.5-2 hours. I was so tired but it was fun.
