What's going on steemians? Sorry for the title. I know it's crazy but it's kind of funny for me. Haha. Well, I chose that title because I went to the gym today to have some boxing session for my exercise. I will share to you my experience and how I did it. So, let's get into it. 😀
It was hard at first but with the help of my gym instructor, I slowly learned how to do the right moves and combinations. And the funny thing is, I discovered that I have a pretty strong power. My instructor said that I'm a fast learner and he feels the power in my punches. Haha

Boxing is really good. It's fun and it helps me sweat a lot. It can help us lose weight, tone our body, reduces stress and improves our moods. And lastly, it improves our self-confidence. So, to all girls out there, boxing is not just for men. I really recommend to try boxing to all people who wanted a new activity to improve your health. This is one of the best ways to sculpt your body and achieve muscle strength. It's a really nice exercise. I think I have fallen in love to this sport.
