Uganda is drawn in group B for the AFCON 2021 qualifiers.

Uganda cranes are pooled in Group B
Uganda broke some records in the 2019 AFCON, literally they were able to qualify to the round of 16 a spot they have been fighting for since 1978.
They played nice games especially against DRC Congo but unfortunately, they were not able to defeat one of the tournament favourites Senegal. It's an achievement though for the Uganda cranes even when they couldn't get to quarter-finals.
The qualifier draws were held in Zamalek, Egypt on Thursday and Uganda cranes are pooled in Group B. The group also contains Malawi, Seychelles and South Sudan.

As we prepare for the AFCON finals let's appreciate the team that pulled some results from a tournament full of African giants like Senegal and Egypt.
